Horrendous - treated like royalty, brand new car, in for the lucky draw, bought the service plan.
Did it all by the book. Catastrophic engine failure at 35,000 miles. Car is 3 years old. Hyundai and AC washed their hands of it all. £10,000 + to repair.
Took them to court.
