A truly awful experience with Arnold Clark. Sold me a three year old car last year and it's only done 35,000 and it has packed in. Took it to the local garage who confirmed that the car has a major fault and will need to go back to Arnold Clark. Spoke to Arnold Clark helpdesk last week who clearly couldn't care less and the earliest they can even look at my car is 22nd August and I am without a car for 5 weeks. They're happy to sell you a car but as soon as you're out the door they couldn't care less and their after sales service is abysmal.
