Furthermore, the car emits smoke from the exhaust after just 40 minutes of driving on the motorway, indicating significant mechanical faults. Despite my repeated attempts to address these issues with the garage, including multiple returns for further inspection and repair, the problems persist. On one occasion, we experienced a complete clutch failure while driving on the motorway, leaving my family, including four children and two deaf parents, stranded at a service station for over five hours.
