Ignored my oil problem. Took £1400 off me for the service and other repairs. Passed my mot. Booked me in for oil issue a week later and tell me I need a new engine for £5400.
Ignored my wet belt in two services and blame me for not asking them to check it. I didn’t even know what a wet belt was until all this ! Refuse to do anything to help me. Only bought the car 18 months ago! Stuck in finance paying £228 a month and my engines failed. Thanks Arnold Clark
