Trying to obtain a diagnostic report on my car having paid £156 for the report is proving difficult.
I need it to get my car’s oil leak repaired at my local garage rather than pay Arnold Clark’s exorbitant prices.
The car is apparently out of 3 year warranty although I was informed on the phone that it was in warranty and so went ahead with the diagnostic.
They are delaying matters by insisting it’s a data report or some such. just a delaying tactic I fear! The car has done less than 2500 miles!
