Bought a used car from West Brom branch on 13th July 2020.
Paid a deposit. Finance accepted. Discovered a few days later that the vehicle needed some parts and there would be a delay. Long story short.....the car has still not been delivered! SIX WEEKS LATER! The car left West Brom, got as far as Stoke, and was left there for almost a week. Meantime, I had liaised with my local branch who said my car was there for collection.....only to be called back ten minutes later to be told that the car actually WAS NOT there, it was still in Stoke because NO ONE knew how to operate the ghost alarm. The branch don't want to know. The customer service department don't want to know either! They have agreed to refund the delivery charge !!! The refuse to offer any other compensation - my phone bill is likely to be around
£ 100 after all the calls I have had to make. Lie I said to them, as a gesture of goodwill, and for the inconvenience I have suffered, the least they could do was offer me a refund for the service plan I took out with them? Absolutely NOT!! Absolute cowboys. Stay away.
