I bought a new Volvo XC60 with 3 years Volvo servicing. When it came to the first service it turned out they hadn't arranged it. They sent me my money back without any explanation or apology. Looks like I will be paying the aditional costs of not having a service contract.
I won't be trusting this lot again or recommend anyone else to.
