The worst experience
1st attempt of Amazon deliver with instructions to leave with neighbour.
Delivery was 3 hrs behind schedule. Driver calls ask if someone in , we say yes if not leave next door. He cancels the delivery and marks it as failed attempt.
6 days later after plenty of chasing.
Delivery driver calls at 7:40am thinking it’s a residential delivery , says he’s 10 mins away.
The rudest delivery driver , said he was a driver not representing the company. Nothing he can do . Told him 8 am is the earliest , he said I. Not having this conversation and hangs up.
Trackers days - failed attempt. The driver didn’t even try and cancelled remotely.
After chasing the package all day. I learn the driver is now accusing us of being abusive and they still have the package approaching 2 weeks with no sign of delivery.
My was put on hold but the handler left the line open accidentally. , we heard all the conversation and they supported the driver without any investigation. Good job our calls are recorded ! Unbelievable !!
