Absolutely terrible service, they sent 2 different tyres to the fitters, spent an hour trying to ring them and no one answered, sent an email and 3 days later no answer!
Spoke to a customer service person who said they would replace the tyres and ring me back - no one rang me back! Spoke to another customer service person who then refused to speak to me as the order was in my wifes name, so we cancelled the transaction with the credit card supplier and bought the tyres from our local tyre fitters
Absolutely disgraceful service!
