Paid for 4 tyres ahead of my MOT and called customer services to confirm everything was set for my appointment a week later, (having read terribke recent reviews). I was assured everything was fine so turned up at the garage but was told my tyres hadn't arrived. Called customer service again who said they were out of stock with no alternative. Now waiting for my refund...
Bottom line - completely unreliable.
