Following being given a four hour slot for tyre fitting I received a call two hours into my time slot on the day of fitting to be told they did not have the tyres in stock and would have to reschedule. I could not get a time or date that was suitable so had no choice but to cancel the order. An hour later a fitter turned up expecting me to have the tyres for him to install!
