Horrendous customer service
Had the displeasure of speaking with “NAMRA” in customer services who needs retraining on how to speak to customers.
Asda sent “new” Pirelli pZeros dated 03/19 and 03/20 - 3 years and 2 year old tyres then wanted me to take photos to prove this.
Complete waste of time and beyond incompetent.
Avoid this company and find some better staff who can deal with issues in a more professional way
