Avoid Asda Tyres if you have low profile tyres Paid for Tyres and chose a fitting station from the website, drove to fitting station and was told it would be an hour or possibly an hour and a half to fit 2 tyres. Got a call from the fitting station 45 mins later to say they can't fit the tyres because they are low profile. Asda customer services are difficult to get through to and unhelpful, they could arrange fitting somewhere else 6 days later (after my MOT runs out) and claimed they had no mobile fitters in my area (although the website give me an option to book this). I need to have tyres fitted before my MOT runs out so the best they would do was offer a refund of my £463.84 in 5-7 days time. They couldn't process the refund straight away because the claimed to be 'A Mail Order Company' and this was their policy. So my advice is if you have low profile tires go to a tyre specialist. I contacted a well known National specialist who will supply fit them the next day although I have to borrow the money because Asda Tyres want to keep hold of it for a week even though they have messed up by charging for products and services they can't supply. Avoid at all costs!
