The biggest mistake I made was trusting Asda Tyres to fit the tyres as agreed & complete the order. I requested to speak to a customer service manager and was told none were available and when I was trying to explain our situation, I was threatened with a call termination, I could understand if voices were raised, or unacceptable language used but to threaten to terminate the call because the call handles felt he was going round in circles is completely unprofessional.
