Ordered 2 pirelli tyres for fitting seven days later. The money is paid instantly but 2 hours later I receive a message to say that due to lack of stock would I like to choose another product. The ones I ordered were competitively priced but the alternatives were not. Smells fishy to me that so I request a refund but the refund takes up to 7 days to process so now I must pay again elsewhere while this shower hold on to my refund for a week. To add insult to injury when I said to their representative that I'd like to complain he told me that I couldn't complain I could only send feedback
