I ordered Two tyres to be fitted at 5pm to 6pm as had to be at work by 7.30pm had a no show so went to work. I then got a call at about 22:45 by the fitter to tell me he was on his way, I informed him that I was not there and the tyres were not being fitted on my driveway at nearly midnight, he was very insistent so I had to get very abrupt with him. I then cancelled my order as i needed the tyres urgently and they informed me that i would get a full refund for my order and this would take about 6 days after 6 days I got paid back for 1 tyre and not both. All the way along you can not actually talk to a human if you want to complain or have an issue with their service, I have asked to be called back but with no avail. I will never be ordering tyres from ASDA again and as a business suggestion please hope they stick with groceries from now on.
