Appointment made via Asda Tyres for a next day change. Arrived at garage to find that tyres hadn't been delivered and when I and the garage rang Asda Tyres the line rang out. No apology or explanation from Asda Tyres just an email to confirm that they subsequently cancelled my order (as I requested via email).
