I ordered tyres on Saturday 15/06/2024 evening and booked appointment fro Monday 17/06/2024 between 14.00 and 15.00 , Drove an hour to the fitters only to ne told the tyres have NOT arrived , Called Asda Tyres to be told they will contact the supplier but they can only do this via email . . Got a call about 20 mins later to be told it was a stock issue with the supplier and tyres would not arrive till late wednesday 19/06/2024 afternoon .. no phone call or email to advised there is an issue with the tyres / stock .. Fortunately the fitter managed to get me 2 tyres from a local supplier [ cheaper than asda ] and fitted for me .. absolutely shocking service and I will NEVER USE ASDA TYRES AGAIN Called them today only to be told my refund will take 6 working days. 3 HOURS OF MY DAY WASTED , NO COMPENSATION OFFERED TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
