Terrible Customer Service. Ordered 2 front tyres to be replaced on a VW T5. Took the afternoon off work to go and have them fitted only to turn up at the fitting station to find the tyres were not what I ordered and were only suitable for a car. Phoned Asda Tyres to express my dissapointment with the wast of my time to be told I had to give them the opportunity to fix the problem and there was no complaints procedure. They are now processing a full refund that will take up to 6 days to show in my account whilst I have to lay out an additional £400 with another fitter on top of the original purchase with Asda Tyres. First and last time using this company. Absolute time wasters.
