I want to give no stars!!! I ordered and paid for a tyre to be fitted, via their website.
I selected a garage near to me and booked a time 4 days away to allow plenty of time. Within 30 minutes, I was emailed. My fitting had been cancelled and rebooked for a different garage and day. 16 miles from my house. I turned up 5 days later for my fitting. NO TYRES, they hadn’t been delivered to the fitter. 32 miles round trip for nothing. No apologies and won’t get a refund for 10 days. So not able to drive my car. Awful service.
