Had my tyres fitted on the 23rd November 2019 when I paid at the time the option of wheel alignment. I turned up at the tyre garage and the wheel alignment machine had not been working for a few days” wasted journey putting It bluntly.
Therefore if you want a refund a refund ie: wheel alignment, allow a few weeks, as I sent an email asking for refund on the 23/12/2019 and yesterday 05/12/2019 I get a email stating my refund is being processed and to allow up to 14 days. How the hell have Asda Tyres got all these amazing reviews on trust pilot!!
