Awful experience!!! Firstly, I received no confirmation email upon placing my order, yet money had been taken from my account. I selected a date for delivery but still had heard zero from Asda Tyres so I got in touch. They hadn't even dispatched my order (the day before it was due) and said it would be sorted by the following week. Annoying considering I chose a delivery date and needed the tyres urgently as a key worker. They hadn't even told me. I, therefore, requested a refund, this was painful. When I asked for a refund they said it would take between 5-7 working days or at worst, 14 days to clear in my bank... it took nearly 3 weeks and I had to chase them multiple times. Turns out they hadn't even processed the refund and had to do it manually (so they say). I received my refund receipt only to find it wasn't the full amount i'd paid! So I had to chase them yet again to refund me the full amount. All I wanted was tyres on a day I'd chosen with some communication. I received neither and then some! Just an awful and stressful experience that disrupted my key work. Thanks for nothing Asda Tyres!!!
