Worst customer service ever. My correspondence was the most ridiculous I have ever experienced with a customer service in my entire life. I've been writing everyday to ASOS team for two weeks. I received many replies from ASOS operators asking over and over again the same questions.
Currently still waiting for a solution related to my gift voucher of £50 that I've never been able to use.
