I ordered boots size 7, they sent me size 6 instead of saying they were out of stock. I sent them back on the 4th November. No updates as promised, no money back. Extremely difficult to relay any form of message, that stupid chat is just a computer. All in all I would never buy from them again. No customer service or real people to speak to.
