Terrible service. I have shopped with Asos for many years and never had an issue, since September they have gone undeniably downhill, and I refuse to shop with them now if they continue to use Evri as a courier.
6 parcels have gone missing and not arrived at all or have taken 15+ days to arrive. Customer service aren't helpful (I don't blame them because they have a script they stick to and are entirely robotic, they can't do anything). A terrible company who hold onto your money for as long as they can and continue to mess up.
