Hell would have to freeze over before i use asos again.
Bought a pair of new balance which were not delivered after 2 weeks, raised this with asos , who raised it with the courier evri, had 2 wait another 2 weeks as evri were claiming to have the parcel and it had been misplaced but they would search for it.
As we all know this did not happen I has to wait 4 weeks for a refund with a snotty attitude.
Never again , poor customer service skills.
