ASOS and Evri have failed to deliver my parcel for a few weeks. When the order was overdue, I contacted ASOS. They said that Evri had lost my parcel (this was a lie) They gave me the option to send a replacement which I took. I received a notification that my original order was out for delivery but due to ASOS placing a “scan and stop” on this parcel Evri will not deliver it unless ASOS realise it. ASOS have said to me that it is not procedure and cannot help.
I have a wedding this Friday and have nothing to wear.
