I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the overall quality of clothing I’ve received from ASOS. I recently attempted to return an item outside of the return window (still within 30 days of receiving the item), understanding that special circumstances should be taken into account. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to consider customer satisfaction, but ASOS refused to honor my return despite the situation being explained. What’s worse is the clothes themselves are of extremely poor quality. The fabrics are cheap, the stitching is poorly done, and the overall durability is lacking. It’s clear that the company cares little about the products they sell or the customers they serve. Because of this experience, I will never shop with ASOS again. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on such low-quality products only to be met with terrible customer service when trying to resolve issues. I truly regret ever making a purchase from ASOS and hope others avoid this headache in the future.
