I’ve never dealt with a company as incompetent and dismissive as ASOS. I paid for next day delivery—they shipped the item two days late. The delivery was routed to an InPost locker that was malfunctioning, and ASOS falsely claimed they’d contact InPost to resolve it. That never happened.
When I followed up, I was told the chat was closed because it wasn’t a “new query.” I spoke to someone named Mia who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. No help, no accountability, just deflection and attitude.
I’ve saved all the chats and proof from InPost, who actually tried to help. ASOS? They did nothing. Their business model is broken, their customer service is a joke, and their refund process is deliberately slow—I’m now waiting 10 days just to get my money back, after which I’ll initiate a chargeback.
If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not shop at ASOS. You’ll regret it.
