Once upon a time Asos were really good at customer service and particularly dealing with returns. No longer the case I am afraid. The return I have sent to them has arrived (PO confirms) however according to customer services they lie. My parcel is now lost somewhere in Asos's system but it will be another two weeks before I van do anything about it.
Blaming the post office is not a good response Asos - take control of your own mess ups.
