absolutely disgusted at ASOS .
I returned jeans for the second time as both pairs were faulty , now I had paid on a gift card that I was given now before I threw it away I asked on the ASOS chat if the refund woukd go back onto gift card the guy told me it would go on my main payment method so I threw the card away now guess what it has not gone on my main payment method and has gone back on the gift card I no longer have 😡😡😡 I'm now 35 pound out if pocket
