Their business professionalism is highly disappointing and their customer service is extremely poor. I had ordered an item for next day delivery and not only did it arrive in the wrong size but I did not get a refund for my Next-day delivery fee. I do not expect this from, what seems, a well established company. I will NOT be shopping with Asos again.
