I ordered a dress from Asos and although I thought the dress would be smaller then it was, the return process was so easy. They supply you with a bag ready to ship in case you need to return anything. I hate returning items even if they don't fit because it's usually such a hassle to ship back. With Asos, it's so easy I don't mind. I always end up getting exactly what I want in the end easily enough, which is the whole point of shopping online. It's the best place to shop online!!
