I placed an order as I have before here and on many other websites. I usually pay by Paypal or Visa Debit whereby the money comes from my well funded account.
Today they say I haven’t passed security verification and my account has been cancelled. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION? Customers services have confirmed “sorry can’t do anyth8ng about it”. IF YOU WANT TO TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY YOURE DOING A GOOD JOB.
You have very low customers ratings .. I’m not surprised.
