Very poor customer service. On line help is useless. I ordered a pair of trousers for my son and they didn’t arrive.
I asked if they could be redelivered but was told no! I was told I had to wait on the item coming back from the courier and then wait on a refund. No attempt was made to deliver my item. I am now £23 out of pocket and will never use this company again.
