I bought a lot of things from Asos website and on the first time I used the help of the customer service representatives on chat in order to send an item back, I've been misled by them. The disappointment getting bigger after they eventually admit on the representative's mistake, but do nothing about it and I needed to pay on their mistake. I've always given good recommendations about the website and I never thought it will be such a big disappointment like this.
