Delivery takes forever. Some items are cheap and nasty looking nothing like the picture. Twice I have had to return items and twice I have had to chase them for my refund. Poor, rude customer service. Sorry ASOS you were once a great online store, but everything has gone downhill and I won’t be ordering again.
