My delivery will be delayed by at least a week, even though I paid for next day delivery, and all ASOS can tell me is that they can't tell me anything.
This is the second time this has happened, and their support staff via chat is less than helpful.
If you cannot deliver a service, you should not ask people to pay for it.
No goodwill gesture, no option to cancel the order, and if I want to place the order again I have to pay higher prices.
