I used ASOS to buy my prom dress. When I needed it a size smaller, the exchange was incredibly easy and the new dress was in the same great condition as the first. Then, after I had fallen in love with the dress, my prom had been canceled due to COVID-19. I must have sent a dozen emails back and forth with ASOS concerning the return of my prom dress, and every response was kind and helpful. Even though I had passed the return date and lost the tag, they were accommodating enough to fully accept my return. This was my first ASOS purchase, but certainly not my last. (And, for full disclosure, I'm in the U.S..)
