Highly disappointed with the customer service. While I was purchasing the product online it said free shipping to Canada. When the product arrived, I had to pay $40 to pick up the product ( customs charges) I emailed ASOS team to refund me this amount as the website said it was free shipping, they were of absolutely no help at all. I had to return one of the item and I had to pay $22.50 to ship it back to ASOS as I was shipping it from Canada.
Will never purchase from them ever again.
