Refusing to refund. Sent back 2 orders within the 14 day return period and ensured I made them signed for. AX Paris firstly denied receiving the orders and now since I’ve chased have given credit vouchers stating the return is over the 14 days period which it is not. I am legally entitled to a fully refund and will be taking this further. Awful company - DO NOT USE!
