“Wish Id read the reviews for returns. Ordered a dress which didnt suit. Exchanged for another dress size 14 which showed as in stock. But 12 was sent. Trying to return - again with exchange they keep putting a 12 in my basket whilst saying 14 is available. Now trying to refund.. Just getting "processing" Online Chat waste of time. Will go through my CC company to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL KEEP WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING. FEE;S ARE EXTORTINATE”

“I ordered dresses for my daughter’s graduation on next day delivery, they arrived 2 days late ! I sent the dresses back and emailed AXParis customer services , I asked to be refunded for the postage since I paid for service that I didn’t get so the dresses had to be sent back as they didn’t arrive in time for the graduation, customer services replied and said delivery charges cannot be refunded as they have to pay for this but I paid for it and didn’t get my dresses !!!! Poor poor poor , if they said “ here’s the refund for the postage and a 15% discount code and free shipping on your next order , let us regain your faith in our brand as we believe we can do better next time “ I would have said ok let’s order something else . So bad DO NOT BUY !!!! No real apology just the offer to send me their postage policy !!!! Also I was sent a non printable returns label which had to be printed !!!!!!!”

“I used to love this brand, but I’ve noticed the quality has really gone downhill. I recently purchased a dress that literally fell apart after only a couple of wears. The fabric feels like the sort of low-grade material you’d expect from a cheap fast-fashion brand, not from a company charging premium prices for its clothing. I’ve bought many items from this brand over the years and never experienced anything like this before, which makes the decline in quality even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money.”

“Nice dress but shocking customer service and excessive charges The dress itself was nice, however the arms were too short for me so I returned them. What really let the experience down was everything else. I paid £45.50 and only received £33.50 back, meaning around £12 was deducted for delivery and returns. I understand not all companies offer free delivery or returns, but the amount charged felt excessive and unreasonable. Secondly, customer service has been shocking. I’ve tried to get in touch and have had no response to this day, which is very frustrating. Overall, despite the quality of the items, the high fees and lack of customer support mean I will not be ordering again.”

“Ordered a dress through the Boohoo portal, returned dress via AX Paris as the returns boohoo portal stated, printed returns label that said AX Paris, weeks later still no refund, Boohoo don't want to know and directed me back to AX Paris, they don't want to know either, I cannot speak to anybody, not getting anywhere with emails so they have the dress back AND my money and nobody will help me. I am fuming. Dreadful service.”

“I order a item sent it back got a gift card for 6 month order again with 1 month to go on my gift card sent it back and thought gift card would start again and they said I can't reorder anything because the gift card expired 🤔 it was for £60.00”

“Tried to return dress. Said my item was not eligible for return none of the reasons listed were applicable to my item. It was in time and perfect condition. Only tried it on and it was too big. Would never purchase from this company again. Returns are made too difficult.”

“I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I ordered a dress and waited two months for it to arrive. When it finally did arrive it had details on the dress that were not in the original design and not something I wanted (ruching on the side) and it was the wrong color. I sent detailed photos and was at first offered 10% refund. After a second email i was offered 30% off. After they admitted the dress was not exactly what I ordered. Not to mention the quality of the dress they did ship was fair at best and it arrived in abysmal condition. It would take a year to steam all the wrinkles out of it. Absolutely ridiculous. They are a predatory company and commit fraud. Do NOT order from them.”

“This is the worst site ever. I used a gift card with PayPal, returned most items, and kept £98, but almost all the refund went back to the gift card. Now PayPal says I owe £111. Extremely confusing and unfair — do not use AX Paris!”

“I wish I read returns policy. Ordered 2 dresses £4.95 for delivery, one was too big and didnt suit me. If returned through ax was £7.95. Only got option to pick replacement. Returned myself through royal mail cost £4.95. Did not get full refund, took another £3.95 for what I have no idea. They should be reported to trading standards. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”

“I was issued with a gift card following a return of an item (the company made it sound appealing by saying that they would credit me more if I did this rather than being refunded to the original payment method).In fact, all they were really doing was charging me less to return my items (their return costs are more than most online merchants!). I have tried to use the voucher multiple times but I have had to return the things I have ordered as they have either not fit or were unsuitable.Each time I have returned things, the amount of the credit on the gift card has depleted due to return costs being deducted. The last time I used it, I did keep some items and then returned some.I paid partly with the gift card and then by debit card for the rest.The refund was applied to the gift card!!!!So STILL I am stuck with this gift card that I can’t seem to get rid of. Each time they send me the same gift card by email but I can never find it when I want to use it.This means I have had to request it multiple times.Most recently, I requested it again and was told it had expired and I couldn’t use it!Apparently they are only valid for 9 months!I have asked them to reconsider and escalate the matter to a Manager however I am told there is nothing they can do and I have simply lost the credit. I am really not happy with their decision and I feel that the customer service was mediocre, with no attempt to look at the history of the matter.I will NOT be buying from these again and I would recommend that others do not either.”
