I wish I read returns policy. Ordered 2 dresses £4.95 for delivery, one was too big and didnt suit me. If returned through ax was £7.95. Only got option to pick replacement. Returned myself through royal mail cost £4.95. Did not get full refund, took another £3.95 for what I have no idea. They should be reported to trading standards. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I was issued with a gift card following a return of an item (the company made it sound appealing by saying that they would credit me more if I did this rather than being refunded to the original payment method).In fact, all they were really doing was charging me less to return my items (their return costs are more than most online merchants!). I have tried to use the voucher multiple times but I have had to return the things I have ordered as they have either not fit or were unsuitable.Each time I have returned things, the amount of the credit on the gift card has depleted due to return costs being deducted. The last time I used it, I did keep some items and then returned some.I paid partly with the gift card and then by debit card for the rest.The refund was applied to the gift card!!!!So STILL I am stuck with this gift card that I can’t seem to get rid of. Each time they send me the same gift card by email but I can never find it when I want to use it.This means I have had to request it multiple times.Most recently, I requested it again and was told it had expired and I couldn’t use it!Apparently they are only valid for 9 months!I have asked them to reconsider and escalate the matter to a Manager however I am told there is nothing they can do and I have simply lost the credit. I am really not happy with their decision and I feel that the customer service was mediocre, with no attempt to look at the history of the matter.I will NOT be buying from these again and I would recommend that others do not either.

Ordered the bat wing cream and black dress for an upcoming holiday. On arrival it was so creased like it had been screwed up for months, material poor quality, style ok. Cannot be bothered returning and will probably use it as a beach cover up. Wouldn't order again due to quality.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company does not abide by Consumer Acts, nor their OWN return policy. Emailed in order to start return as their return portal rejected this, a "Natalie" responded that my return window had closed. Quick maths shall we? So item purchased 1st August, item delivered 4th August, 14 days from delivery date 18th August, hmm okay Natalie. "If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then return them to us in their original condition. Please notify us of the return within 14 days from the date of delivery." -taken from AX Paris own website. "As per our return policy at the time of your order, returns were calculated from the date the order was placed, not the delivery date. According to our records, your order was placed on 01-08-2025, which means your standard return window ended on 16 August 2025." -Natalie's reply (FYI 14 days after the first is actually 15th too 😭😭 her math aint mathing.) I'm happy to take it as far as I need in order to return my item for a full refund, and at this point, compensation for putting up with incompetence. Enjoy your day, order from somewhere else, New look if you are desperate to purchase an item from AX Paris and you value your braincells, because this interaction is subtracting mine.

I returned a faulty item the dress I bought was £65 and for a family wedding I zipped it up for the day of the wedding the first day I wore it and the zip came away. I couldn’t wear it. I was gutted I had to wear some thing else. I returned the item expecting a refund they said I ticked gift card what a lie no apology or acknowledgment of poor quality item. I don’t even want to shop there anymore terrible quality terrible customer service. They lie and don’t give you your money back. The response was so bad I asked if it was a robot

Impossible company to deal.with regarding refunds/returns. Check out reviews on trust pilot, wish I had, as it appears they are known for this. Only order if you are 100% certain of keeping the items. Will not be using again. Have been emailing customer service for over 1 month.

Absolute jokers! Issued me a gift card for £137, instead of refunding my money like I asked. They’ve tried telling me I chose a gift card which i absolutely did not! They have sent a screenshot which shows nothing at all. What a horrible, rigid, company!

If I could give a zero I would, clothing was not worth the asking price and when returning the item that was not fit for purpose that refunded me in a gift card, saying I requested this on their portal. If I did it was not made clear as I certainly did not want to purchase their items again. So why on earth would I request a gift card. This poor customer service is sadly another poor rating to add to this growing list of poor reviews. If you can’t afford to loose money do not order from this company. Absolutely disgusting service

I returned an item the next day of receiving it ,I also had paid £1.99 protection cover .I now am told I am getting a gift card ,I just wanted cash refunded.I explained I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer ,so the last thing I need is a gift card.No Empathy.I will certainly not recommend this company to friends and family .All your reviews say the same very unsatisfied customers

I returned a pair of jeans within 14 days and they will only refund the nett price not the vat paid they told me to get vat back from the country's tax system, this must be illegal

I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio (EMAIL IN MY BIO), and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. Although I’m relieved the situation was resolved, the overall experience left me uneasy. It’s important for users to feel confident that their funds are secure and that any issues will be handled promptly. Strengthening the reliability and responsiveness of customer support would go a long way in building that trust.

agree with previous reviews. Returns process is impossible. I have entered my order number and email address on the returns portal - as in my confirmation email, and am getting an error message. Tried several times to contact support and no response yet.

Ordered a dress that took 7 days to arrive, leaving almost no time within their 16-day return window. Tried to exchange for a different size but was refused, even after offering to reorder straight away. Rigid policy, poor customer service, and no flexibility—even for first-time buyers with genuine reasons. Now paying for alterations myself. Would not recommend shopping here.

Very Poor Customer Service Purchased an item which was worn once and it started to fray, advised their customer services who basically accused me of tampering with the item before i had even returned it. No communication but received a gift card for half the amount of my purchase, despite the goods being faulty and trying to request my refund they are ignoring my emails. Therefore i will be taking it further with my bank. Purchased a number of items from AXP but will think twice in the future, only wanted what i was entitled to ie a full refund for a faulty dress.......

Absolute rubbish, don’t buy from these, no refunds given they tell you that you pressed for gift voucher option & refuse to give you a refund, they have £65 belonging to me
