I returned a faulty item the dress I bought was £65 and for a family wedding I zipped it up for the day of the wedding the first day I wore it and the zip came away. I couldn’t wear it. I was gutted I had to wear some thing else.
I returned the item expecting a refund they said I ticked gift card what a lie no apology or acknowledgment of poor quality item. I don’t even want to shop there anymore terrible quality terrible customer service. They lie and don’t give you your money back. The response was so bad I asked if it was a robot
