“Awful company. I returned items but now told I pressed the gift card option on their returns page. I did not. Nothing fitted correctly at one item. Had to pay to return others and now I’m stuck with a £200 credit note (not even received that) and customer service sticking to their ‘policy’. I would not have checked the gift card box as I don’t want to order ANYTHING again from these people. Order number: 2345185”

“Terrible customer service, after returning some items I mistakenly ticked the wrong box & selected the gift card option. Customer service have refused to refund to the original payment method despite 3 emails requesting. Don't use them there are better retailers forever womens fashion such as pretty little thing.”

“Awful awful company. No phone number they only communicate via email. £4.50 postage on everything, they add on £1.99 protection fee to every order without permission. Returns only allowed within 14 days from date of purchase being received. If sent back outside this time you inky get a gift card instead of refund and also pay an £8 late fee. Returns are charagble via their portal at a fee of £6.95 or your chosen courier at a standard charge plus £3.95 processing fee. Please please avoid. Their clothes do not fit appropriately either. I reat.hope they go bust soon as treat their customer terribly.”

“Honestly feels like a scam website. Keep telling me to refer to uk returns policy but there isn’t a uk returns policy anywhere for me to read. It automatically goes to the EU website. Have asked multiple times to speak to someone else and the customer service person has been exceptionally rude. Ended up losing a substantial amount of money on fees. Don’t normally write bad reviews but this has been one of my worse experiences in modern day shopping. Do yourself a favour and stay far away. I’ll be reporting this company for fraudulent claims.”

“Some of the clothes I order, I didn’t like. I was offered a gift card to avoid losing money for the returned items. However, the gift card issued didn’t even last a year, when gift cards usually have 2 years of expiry date. Just avoid them at all costs.”

“My advise is to stay clear of this company, their return policy is disgusting 🤮 They do not accept returns after 14 days but are happy to accept the same items as donation, how dare they even mention the word donation. The same way they are happy to accept donation for unworn items is the same way they would accept the same items for exchange and returns and charge the customer for shipping cost . First time I bought from them and last time A no stay is what I would give if this was an option”

“I naively believed they were the good guys and would bring me money, but they had other ideas and intended to drain me completely. Simply because I wanted to withdraw, they continued taking from me, and it got worse until I could take it no longer. I had to look for help, and I was able to contact recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com on Google, who made sure the business reimbursed me without requiring me to go through attorneys or hackers.”

“NEVER ORDER FROM AX PARIS. I ordered on two different occasions looking for a wedding outfit. 2/3 items needed to be returned but as they have different order numbers I have had to pay £6.95 X2 to return, I spoke to post office directly and they only charge £3.95 for this and this also covers any loss or damages. So next time I won’t be using your returns portal I will be using post office directly. NOT THAT I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN!!! Just by returning two items I have lost out on £14! NEVER AGAIN!”

“Dress didn't fit very awkward to try on due to security ribbon,got charged to be delivered and £5.95 to return which is deducted from the price of the dress and now waiting for a refund( can take up to 15 days) Its a joke of a company and won't be using in future or recommend it to friends and family.
