Wish I had read the terrible reviews before ordering! How this company is still trading I have no idea and trading standards should be involved! I ordered two coats, which were unsuitable so I sent them both back for a refund. Delivery charge and ‘protect your order’ fee (still have no idea what this is!) was paid as part of purchase. Discount applied at time of checkout. They have refunded me and are saying I have £13.95 outstanding to pay (I paid via Klarna). So they have only partially refunded me and have taken not only the return postage off my refund (which I understand), but also charged me an extra £8 for what I still have no idea! Tried to reach out to them via email, got one reply and then when I asked for a breakdown of my charges surprise surprise I’ve heard nothing from them! Currently under dispute with Klarna as I’m not paying for charges I shouldn’t have to pay for! Avoid at all costs!
