Are you aware that some of your practices are illegal? For instance: a refund is mandatory if requested within 14 days of receipt of item - not on receipt of order. Also, you must return people’s money - not issue a credit note or gift card which is your current practice? The law supersedes your Terms and Conditions- like it or not! Reporting your company to Trading Standards.

Everyone seems to have the same problem as me, I am waiting for a £504 refund. Has anyone actually had theirs? Reported them to Trading Standards?

Even if they do reply you will get nowhere and definitely will not get your money returned. Hopefully you will have paid through PayPal and if you have they will be able to take up your case and get your money back. Hope you found this helpful.
