“My best advice is do not buy from this company!!! There is no customer service and you will not receive any refunds!!! I’m reporting them to trading standards!!!”

“The quality is really bad!! See through, not true to size (even though I am the same size and body type as the model on the website who wore the dress I ordered!). Wasted time and money. What a scam!!!!”

“AX Paris is a fraudulent business and I am certain that they will get closed down. The customer service team are APPALLING and I believe this is all intentional so that they can STEAL people’s money. New buyers should really read the reviews and shop else where. There are plenty of fast fashion suppliers elsewhere. If you choose to ignore everyone’s reviews/warning, then you are essentially supporting criminals. Good luck with that in life Everyone seems to have the same returns problem: they are either issuing gift cards incorrectly or not processing returns at all. Someone explain how this is not daylight robbery? Absolutely terrible. They don’t even deserve 1 star.”

“Do not buy from AX Paris. Customer service is awful, dresses are poor quality. I’m still waiting for a refund weeks on that they’ve said simply failed but haven’t tried again.”

“AX paris don't want to hear about what went wrong to improve service. They are just interested in the money. LUCY, the person I've been emailing is absolutely useless. I'm convinced she is a robot or incapable of thinking outside the guidelines as I get the same nonsensical response each time I respond. I've asked for a breakdown on the return charge. The website clearly states £4.95 for return if you use their label (cheaper if you dont) but they took over £11 from me for three return and cannot explain to my why. Absolutely appalling service. They want you to get tired of chasing them for refund so they keep the money. A proper scam which needs to be investigated.”

“Do not buy from here!!! I ordered a dress from this company, and didn’t suit me so I sent back. I understand £3.95 of the order doesn’t get refunded to cover the cost of the return which is fine. But they’ve kept more of my money from the order and have no explanation as to why. Worst customer service ever, and they don’t respond to any emails. Girls please don’t buy from here, worst experience of online shopping ever”

“I would like to give no stars for this review!! They are terrible, no reply automated email replies and can not speak to anyone. I returned £188 worth of clothing that was not as described and did not fit, did not look like the website images at all. Returned the next day ( i had to pay for the expensive return - they ask for it signed for ) within 14 days, i returned them the next day. I have been waiting for a response ever since for my full refund. you can not speak to anyone, i ve emailed about 8 times and still automated replies, which is infuriating and disappointing considering they are now withholding my money!! I have heard nothing back from them at all, there is no contact number, no returns process and they can not even tell me if my items have been returned?! its a complete scam, do not order anything from this company - AVOID!!! Now i am down by £188 and i need this back, its been over the '30 day' and still no sign of it. Its terrible service all round, and i will be taking this further..”

“Absolutely shocking returns policy. I also will never buy from the company again due to this. Unfortunately I accepted a gift card as I didn't want to loose the fortune it was going to cost me in returns. I've just bought another dress trying to use it up, I'm returning this as it's really cheap quality and now find I can only have a refund on my gift card despite being happy to be charged to £5.95 robbery returns postage. The company should take note of their reviews or will have no customers left.”

“Absolutely appalling..... I ordered a dress 10 days ago on next day delivery and there is no sign of it... no email on updates ... Trying to get hold of customer services is like trying to get hold of the king. 😀... seriously thou avoid this company at all costs.”

“I was appalled that this company not o ly charge for a delivery but the also charge to return the item and add an xtra charge on. My dress cost 17..99 I paid 20.99 The poor quality wrong sizing when I returned the item refunded 10.99 This is an absolute rip off and needs to be highlighted . Needless to say I will never be using this company again”

“Absolute scam artists Absolute scam artists. Placed an order last January. Quality of the clothes is shocking, don’t look like pictures, complete waste of money. Couldn’t return due to having Covid so ended up with a voucher. Spent over a year trying to use the voucher, every time receiving appalling, poor fitting clothes. Absolute scam having to pay £4.95 for returns every time. Basically over £140 straight down the drain. Customer service reps are as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. I suggest you avoid like the plague.”

“I would put zero if I could. This is an awful company to deal with for online shopping. I ordered a longline gilet, I checked the sizing online. The item came and it was too small & not the size indicated, they have sizing issues for starters. Then, they charge you for delivery, which matches other online retailers, BUT they charge you for shipping back at quite a cost via the post office AND for shipping another item to replace, should you choose to order another size ( which, of course, I didn't) I have spent almost £10 in shipping and have no item of clothing !!! It's not the way other retailers do it. When I approached customer services, they regurgitate the same message and showed no customer care whatsoever. Please don't buy from them or you just may be well out of pocket like me.”

“Ordered a new coat for my wife for Christmas- arrived damaged (this happens, so no major drama). Ordered her another one so it didn't go out of stock while the other one goes back and its got exactly the same damage! They are then claiming itll take between 14 and 21 days to refund me. AVOID!”

“Avoid like the plague Ordered 2 dresses, 4 weeks ago They have never arrived but AX paris will not refund my money. I will take legal advice as they have my money and I have no goods”
