Absolutely shocking returns policy. I also will never buy from the company again due to this. Unfortunately I accepted a gift card as I didn't want to loose the fortune it was going to cost me in returns. I've just bought another dress trying to use it up, I'm returning this as it's really cheap quality and now find I can only have a refund on my gift card despite being happy to be charged to £5.95 robbery returns postage. The company should take note of their reviews or will have no customers left.
