If I could give a zero I would, clothing was not worth the asking price and when returning the item that was not fit for purpose that refunded me in a gift card, saying I requested this on their portal. If I did it was not made clear as I certainly did not want to purchase their items again. So why on earth would I request a gift card.
This poor customer service is sadly another poor rating to add to this growing list of poor reviews.
If you can’t afford to loose money do not order from this company. Absolutely disgusting service
