If I could give no stars I would. The two dresses I received were very poor quality so I returned them. I waited 15 days before contacting them to find out more about my refund. I didn't receive an email back so I emailed again in fact I emailed twice in one day. I eventually received a shirty email back stating the policy details about waiting for 15 days, I replied stating it was more than 15 days. I eventually got my refund but it took a month to receive. Absolutely disgusted with there customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM AX PARIS. Would not recommend to anyone.
